It started last Monday morning when my main business line went down. I was in a complete state of panic. I contacted my phone company, I was treated by an extremely rude lady, the attitude was so bad I put an official complaint in to management and they still took one week to get a technician to come out. Then on Thursday my computer packed in. Yes it was a bad week!! I called 247365 and was greeted by Matt. Wow what a difference experience. On this occasion, when I was having another major disaster, Matt was at my business within 45mins with a new computer and I was back up in running within the hour.
